Featuring Junichi Semitsu, USD professor and exclusive embedded blogger for the Dixie Chicks. Meet this Stanford Law grad whose Cal roots sent him like a homing pigeon to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as a judicial clerk (where of course the opinion he helped to write was unanimously reversed by the Supreme Court), and then back to teach at UC Berkeley. Professor Semitsu spent two semesters as a visiting faculty member at Boalt School of Law before joining USD School of Law’s faculty.
