Sandra Chong named as one of the Outstanding Young "40 Under 40"

In September 2007, the San Diego Metropolitan Magazine recognized Sandra Chong, Assistant General Counsel of San Diego Unified School District, as one of the outstanding young professional business and civic leaders of ther egion in its "40 under 40" award. Every year, the magazine selects 40 people under 40 years of age who are the "movers and shakers" of the community.
